Weissman® Theatrical Supplies Inc. of Saint Louis, MO is looking to hire a part-time receptionist to work Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Seeking an individual who has a professional first impression and friendly disposition while greeting our visitors and answering incoming phone calls. Assist with the preparation of outbound packages, respond to employee inquiries and provide backup coverage during lunch/breaks.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
Provide a positive first impression and friendly disposition while greeting our visitors and answering incoming phone calls.
Assist in scheduling meetings, handle incoming calls, and filing, as needed.
Sort incoming mail using judgment to handle routine and confidential material and inquiries
Receive, record, sort and contact designated department representatives informing them of incoming deliveries
Coordinate the shipment of office packages and complete supporting paperwork and record accurate expense tracking
Monitor attendance line for Manufacturing and Warehouse team and supply a daily transcription of absences to HR and department leaders. Coordinate sign in for employees who are late to work.
Distribute office supplies; recycled toner pick up

Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Passion for customer service
2+ years' experience in office administration and/or front desk management
Current with today's office technology and computer software
Able to maintain confidentiality
Strong organizational and time management skills
