Job Description: Integrated Marketing Internship - Summer 2023

Our Weissman Summer Internship is a 10 week program based in our St. Louis office. Participants of our intern program will gain valuable hands-on experience to include, but not limited to, industry training, cross-functional departmental exposure, and a final project presentation at the end of the summer.

Dates: May 29, 2023 - August 4th, 2023 (10 Weeks, Paid Internship)

Position Summary: Weissman Intern is responsible for providing administrative assistance and organizational support to the corresponding department. Interns are assigned a mentor within the department to collaborate with throughout the program. Interns have a primary focus on completing a project with partners from cross-functional teams. At the end of the summer, the final project will be presented to the leadership team. After successful completion of the internship, there is an opportunity to become eligible for full-time employment.

Creative (Marketing) Intern Responsibilities:

Responsibility 1: Strategic planning and implementation of marketing messaging and integrated campaigns and timelines to connect the customer mindset, industry timeline and product initiatives through all marketing channels (i.e. digital, print, email, social, etc.)

Responsibility 2: Help set priorities and multi-task across simultaneous projects and deadlines, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and facilitate brainstorms to tow the line between creative expression and brand objectives

Responsibility 3: Demonstrate thought leadership, keeping ahead of trends and providing proactive insights, inspiration, and recommendations

Skills & Expertise:

  • Excellent communicator with a positive, self-starter attitude.

  • Big-picture thinker, with the ability to conceive creative ideas with brand objectives and target consumers in mind.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines

  • Initiative to approach a problem/task and seek new solutions


  • Currently enrolled in a college or university; Sophomore year or above.

  • Working towards a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field

  • Qualifications that may be a plus or preferred: Dance or gymnastics background of any kind and at any level

  • Ability to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri for the summer

  • Available to participate in our full-time internship program from the end of May/June to August 2023. Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

  • Eligible to work in the US without restrictions
