Weissman is a growing American costume and dancewear design company celebrating over 60 years in business! For three generations, we've remained family-owned. All products are imagined, designed and developed at our St. Louis, Missouri headquarters with many products made here in our U.S. factory.
We are adding to our Customer Service team and need strong communicators who are able to work with dancers and studio owners around the world to help them prepare for classroom training, competitions and recitals.
Provide Customer Support using phone and email
Document the communication had with our customer and the resolution for each contact
Process customer product exchanges
Assist with website navigation
Share opinions, when asked, around recital themes and product choices
Support the studio owners retail inventory to ensure product is available to generate sales
Associate Degree or commensurate experience
3+ years' experience providing customer service support; preferably in a contact center
Understanding of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service skills required to meet customer service quality measures
Proven history of creative problem solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus and compensated accordingly
A heart for customer service
We are open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 6:30 pm. All candidates must be available to work until 6:30 pm.
